Sywell, Pistons and Props Review September 2023
Sywell Classic is a busy two day event that hosts lots of Car clubs, Motorcycles, Air displays, Drag cars and fast paced action on the runway strip to entertain the crowds. Sadly, this year CKGB was not on the line up for demonstration runs, so we set up our club stand to show off what the UK Cyclekart scene is all about and there were plenty of people interested…
With an unusually warm September we were blessed with pretty good weather all in all. CKGB had 8 Cyclekarts on display and this gave the public plenty to look at until most just couldn’t resist having a peer into the cockpit or a look round the back to see what engines they have. Once folks realise there are no pedals the questions start coming thick and fast!! We all gave out lots of flyers, so hopefully there will be some new members and new CK builds popping up soon on the forum.
Thanks to all the members who attended and helped with the stand and sharing their knowledge and passion, and to all the public who said hello and showed lots of interest, Hope to see you all again :)
